A hard cover recipe book of an array of dishes close to my heart and the people in my life. Through finding my passion for cooking I discovered that many people’ s favourite meals are not their favourite because of the way it’s made or the ingredients used. Your favourite food is influenced by the memories, people and places you associate with each dish. Therefore I decided to create a cook book, where each recipe was specifically selected based on the amazing people and memories I had created and experienced while cooking and eating together. I decided to display my FOOD AND THOUGHTS through an amalgamation of recipes, stories and reasons to make amazing food for you and your loved ones to enjoy.
